Biomech Cloud is a distributed analysis system based on dedicated Apps for smart devices (Tablets and Smartphones) and a Cloud program that can be used via Internet. All the devices are thus synchronized on the central database and there is no risk of loss of information in the event of a device breaking. The Apps also allow working even in case of temporary lack of connection to the Cloud, synchronizing the data as soon as the connection is re-established. Apps are available both on the App Store and on Google Play.
The patient archive is stored on the Cloud and accessible via the App from all smart devices. Through the Apps and the Biomech Cloud software it is possible to store all the main information on the subjects and all the analyzes performed. The software is extremely simple to use but at the same time it performs all the necessary functions Main characteristics
- Insert deletion Edit subject data
- Prints
- Customizable list view
- Search according to various criteria within the database
- Search by exam type
- Search for the last exams performed
- Comparisons between analyzes
SOFTWARE & APP
Th e "Smart Insole" module allows you to connect the flexible insoles system to smart devices via the Bluetooth connection. Both real-time and deferred analysis can be performed. after the data acquisition phase, these are immediately processed and sent to the Cloud (if the internet connection is active) or are stored on the smart device. In this case, when the device finds the active Internet connection, transfer the data to the Cloud. - By analyzing the data on the Cloud in addition to the information available on the App, it is possible to obtain:
- Identification of all steps and real step more similar to the average
- prints
- direct comparison between 2 analyzes
- comparison between the parameters of 3 or more analyzes
Through the acquired data it is possible to obtain the following information on the smart device:
- distribution of load
- pression distribution
- medium step idetification
- Times and phases of the average step
- COP trend
- Maximum and medium pressures
- Impact strength
- Propulsion force
- Maximum load curve
- Foot Division in 3 or 10 study zones
- Walk movie
The WALK module allows to evaluate the basic characteristics of the gait through the use of a single sensor positioned at the level of L5. A real-time evaluation of a walk is performed (min 7 mt). The app present on smart device in addition to the acquisition allows to evaluate the following parameters
- common path parameters
- phases evaluations
- path symmetry
- step acceleration and decelation
- hip rotations
- lateral hip movement

Using the Cloud version, in addition to the information in the App, it is possible:
- Print out
- compare multiple analyzes
- compare the parameters between 3 or more analyzes
The JOINT module allows you to evaluate the articular ROM of all body segments. For the various articulations all the movements can be evaluated, both in active and passive condition. The App also allows the insertion of any pain level detected by the subject. In addition to the ROM on the main axis of the movement, the movements on the secondary axis are detected in order to be able to evaluate possible compensations. Another important parameter detected is the speed of execution of the movement
Using the Cloud version, in addition to the information in the App, it is possible:
- Print out
- compare multiple analyzes
- compare the parameters between 3 or more analyzes

Biomech Studio 2018 is the latest version of the program released in 2008 version for Windows systems. In addition to the patient archive, it is possible to perform analyzes by connecting the new EPS / R1 baropodometric platform, the gait analysis with the MPS platform. Furthermore the following modules are available for analysis with the WIVA sensor: Walk, Jump.Joint Mobility, Power and TUG Biomech 2018 also integrates a powerful image analysis module and the management of any 2D scanners

The system uses a Wiva Science inertial sensor connected via Bluetooth to a computer / smarthpone and tablet (via the new BIOMECH STUDIO app) and allows both space-time parameters and basin rotation to be determined. The sensor is positioned at the patient's waist with a special belt that does not in any way affect the execution of the motor gesture. This allows an accurate and scientific measurement. At the end of the walk analysis, an automatic report is displayed with the parameters calculated during the test. These indexes are the result of 10 years of research and have been validated in important clinical centers. The analysis can be repeated several times in sequence. It is therefore possible to modify the patient's conditions (such as the use of orthoses or walking aids) and consequently verifying the effect of the changes in real time. It is also possible to verify the evolution of a therapeutic treatment by checking the normalization of the measured parameters. This test can be performed both outdoors and in enclosed spaces, on adult patients and on pediatric subjects. It allows a complete analysis to be carried out thanks to the many information it provides among others • Speed: main indicator of problems related to the journey • Acceleration pattern and step variability: to verify the repeatability of the acquired steps • Corners and motor range of the pelvis: dynamic posture during walking

Device consisting of a WIVA SCIENCE inertial sensor which, through the Biomech Studio program, allows the evaluation of the ARTICULAR MOISTURE of the athlete / patient. Useful for pre-post operative / rehabilitation assessment in real time thanks to the bio-feedback option. Measure the R.O.M. (range of mobility) of the articulations both in active mode and Passive, and it is also possible to define a level of pain associated with movement Same (scale 0-10). You can measure all joint angles in all directions of movement and check for possible compensations of the movement performed on other axes. You can run tests quickly using the sensor connected to portable devices (smartphone or tablet) or directly to the PC. The results are executable and comparable even for contralateral limbs and depending on the type of activity (active / passive gesture) Included in this package, 1 kit of straps to correctly place the sensor on the athlete.

The system uses an inertial sensor connected via Bluetooth to a computer and makes it possible to determine both space-time parameters and basin rotations. Wiva® allows the physiotherapist and / or motor re-educator to use objective data to monitor the progress of recovery and ensure the effectiveness of the rehabilitation / performance improvement program, allowing the patient throughout the rehabilitation process to assess his physical condition. You will be able to measure force and power and quantify the deficit between injured and healthy limb as well as normal machines with overload (iso-inertial evaluation with Power Protocol) or control the intensity of the exercise with visual BIO-FEEDBACK in real time using a threshold work set at the user's choice (Power Feedback). Wiva Protocol Power provides the measurement of muscle power in real time. From the direct measurement of the force exerted on the load during a weight lifting exercise, it determines the speed with which the load is moved and, consequently, the power delivered by the muscle group involved in the exercise. The purposes of the Power module are: - Real-time feedback on muscle power - Power-load and force-speed curves - Training and recovery optimization - Muscle power control (W / kg) - Muscle strength (N / kg) - Average speed (m / s) - Maximum and optimal load (kg) Soon available also in APP version for smartphone / tablet.

Wiva + Protocol Jump represents an innovative and complete solution for the analysis of the explosive force of the lower limbs during vertical jump tests on the spot (Bosco test). It is based on the use of inertial sensors and on the wireless transmission of the acquired data via Bluetooth which are displayed in real time on the PC (and soon also on the APP for smartphone / tablet) It can be used in any environment (indoor / outdoor) and on any surface (sand, grass, and snow). The following internationally recognized tests are evaluated: Leap with counter CMJ movement Squat jump SJ CMJ jumps (repeated of variable duration) Stiffness test Drop Jump Results returned: Jump price (m) Flight time (s) Maximum speed (m / s) Maximum strength (N / kg) Muscle work (J / kg) Muscle power (W / kg) Fatigue index Index of reactivity Index of muscle-tendon stiffness
